Conductive silver film/Conductive Film Coated with Silver/Carbon Film/Black Conductive Plastic Film
product model:JH800S
The conductive silver film is made by coating high-purity anti-oxidation silver on the surface of PU carbon film. It not only reduces the surface resistance of the material (conventional sheet resistance 0.02~5 Ω/□), but also solves the pain points of the traditional screen printing process, and inherits the soft and conformable properties of the PU carbon film. Meanwhile, silver ions have therapeutic, sterilizing and antibacterial functions. Its thickness is 50~55 μm, width is 5~1000 mm, and length is 50-500 m. The temperature resistance range is -40~120℃. It is mainly applied in beauty and health care therapy electrodes and medical examination, treatment, monitoring and defibrillation electrode products. In bioelectrodes, it can achieve high-fidelity signal acquisition (low impedance < 10 Ω・cm), stable transmission and environmental adaptability, and is an ideal solution for medical electrocardiogram and fitness monitoring equipment.
Application:
Applied to all kinds of beauty, health care and other physiotherapy electrode products.
Used in all kinds of examination, treatment, monitoring, defibrillation medical electrode products.a
The main technical parameters:
General square resistance(Ω/□) | Thickness(μm) | Width(mm) | Length(m) | (℃) | Extreme temperature resistance(℃) |
0.02~5 | 50~55 | 5~1000 | 50-500 | -40~120 | -50~150 |

⚡️ Core Functions
1. Accurately collect bioelectric potential signals to provide reliable data support for disease diagnosis. The low impedance (<10 Ω・cm) and high signal fidelity of JH800S can perfectly meet such needs.
Serving as a "signal bridge" between the skin and the circuit of the ECG device, it directly adheres to the skin of the chest, limbs, and other parts to capture microcurrents at the μA level generated by cardiac electrical activity.
In EMG testing, it is attached to the muscle surface or inserted under the skin (requires a matching structure) to collect electrical signals during muscle contraction, reflecting whether the nerve conduction velocity is normal.
The flexible contact layer integrated into wearable devices comes into direct contact with the skin, continuously capturing heart rate-related electrical signals, which are transmitted to a mobile app via wireless technologies such as Bluetooth. Users can check the trend of heart rate changes in real-time, and seek medical attention promptly when there is an abnormality (such as a too high resting heart rate).
