  • Stable electrostatic discharge capability

    The uniform distribution of conductive components enables the surface resistance of the tape to be stably controlled within the range of 10K-1MΩ/Sq (the golden resistance range for antistatic materials). This ensures that neither abnormally low resistance causes current to improperly enter the SIM card chip nor excessively high resistance leads to electrostatic accumulation. It can release static charges in the environment in a "slow and safe" manner, establishing a continuous and effective electrostatic barrier for the chip;

  • Excellent mechanical durability

    The polyethylene base material undergoes a special stretching process, with a tensile strength of over 15MPa and a tear resistance of ≥20kN/m. It is not prone to problems such as breakage and edge wrinkling during "high-speed winding (10-30 meters/minute)" in automated production lines or "repeated fitting and adjustment" in manual packaging, and is suitable for different production rhythms;

    Extreme clean protection standards:

    In the raw material screening process, the impurity content is strictly controlled (the content of impurities with a particle diameter > 5μm is ≤ 1 per m²). The production process is carried out in a "clean room (class 10,000 cleanliness level)". Even after the finished product is wrapped and stored in a normal temperature and humidity environment for 12 months, there will be no "powder falling or delamination" phenomenon, let alone the formation of impurities such as yellow spots and glue marks on the surface of the SIM card, thus avoiding SIM card function failure (such as poor chip contact) caused by substandard cleanliness.
